Refund policy

At Amora Vaughan, we take pride in offering high-quality cosmetic products designed for self-care and beauty routines.

Returns

Due to the nature of cosmetic and skincare products, we do not accept returns on opened or used items for hygiene and safety reasons.

We only accept returns if:

• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong product

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

• Unused and in its original packaging
• Reported within 60 days of delivery

Refunds

Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will notify you. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened skincare products
• Used cosmetic masks
• Items purchased on clearance or final sale
